Loft conversion and Refurbishment, Bates Road Brighton

Day 13/14 - On this project the front facing existing roof has been stripped in order to replace the old felt with breathable membrane, and be re tiled . We've cut and trimmed the roof with doubled rafters to accommodate installing 3 velux windows. The windows are installed and The skeiling is now ready for insulation.
