Loft conversion and Refurbishment, Bates Road Brighton

Day 9/10 - Both dormer sections are fully framed out and the flat roof is completed. The external walls are sheathed using 11mm osb plywood, covered with breathable membrane and the 1st layer of roofing felt applied. We now have a water tight site and no need for any temporary weathering solutions!
